marshman 7,758
I know a couple of nurses who trained here, brits,as soon as they had a few years experience under their belts they f****d off to australia,we need to incentivise british nurses to stay,as a matter of interest the NHS is recruiting in the philippines again at the current time. They recruit worldwide. Most nurses are sensible people who work alongside people from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. Basically they are the ones that find the right wing scapegoating of their colleagues as a good reason to clear off to somewhere with a little more tolerance. Fog in the channel, Europe cut off LOL yep that's why their clearing of because they take umbridge at right wing scapegoating of their foreign work colleges lol ?.

mackem 27,481
I am in manila often, and cebu, and davao the 3 main philippine cities,I see the adverts everywhere live, work, and study in UK,they dont feel scapegoated They come here, upgrade their skills to NHS standards, work a couple of years and some though not all jump across to the states or head off to Oz which is closer to their homeland than the UK and offers a lot more benefits to healthcare professionals,I could pick the phone up at this very minute and call half a dozen who live local, none feels scapegoated I guarantee
Truther 1,579
Vote for any party you like, you'll still get the same puppet masters, sooner they get the "non of the above" option on the ballet paper the better. Withdraw your consent to be governed by these fake yes men.

Fog in the channel, Europe cut off LOL That's crap, a couple of nurses I spoke to were sick of having to carry the ones who's English was not up to an adequate standard. It just makes there work harder. Other health professionals have had the opinion that some over seas nurses didn't care as much for us because we are not 'there own'.
The Seeker 3,048
Heard an interview with Farage earlier this week on GMTV, when asked if he would be a good prime minister he said it's not really a job he wants and he doesn't think he will be very good at it... I'm voting for him but let's be 100% clear they are not going to overturn Labour and Tory and be the next ruling government however much people want them to be. The BEST we can hope for is a UKIP Tory party coalition

Labour landslide, get ready to hand your guns in, maybe they'll be some game left for us poachers?

Tiercel 6,986
I just cannot believe that grown people still believe politicians. Their promises rate with the cheque is in the post, and I promise I won't come in your mouth. Feck me they will be devastated to find out Santa is not real, and the tooth fairy does not leave money under their pillow. FFS grow up and smell the coffee. If it's a labour landslide then forget it, this website might as well close down as they will put an end to hunting as we know it. All the hard times we as a country would be for nothing as millipede borrows billions to pay for a socialist country sending us right back into financial melltdown in the next ten years. rodp 316
To be honest I don't really know what would happen if we go bust. If there's no money he can't give it away. probably the only thing in this country that would start rioting in the streets and he hasn't got the bottle for that, it wouldn't do his own career any good either and that's what they all look out for. At the end of the day it may be the only thing that turns this country around, labour = bankruptcy = riots = complete clear out of current MP's and government.
