secretagentmole 1,701
Had to replace the sink tap. Clearing out under the sink we found an old (and I mean Old) tin of AA Fields. 5.52mm, just the right size for the Galatian. They seemed to be undamaged, well made, no loose lead flakes! Problem is I will never get another tin of these, these are the old tin. Chronoed them making 570 feet per second average with plus or minus about 3-4 ft per second deviation. Sigh. oh well it is a full tin! So if they group well it will be a brief but glorious summer. Wonder if the new ones are as good! Last 4 digits on the tin are 2605! secretagentmole 1,701
Hells bells they are 10 years old which is good going, considering I have been shooting for 5 years! Must have been old when I bought them! Oh well! Edited March 3, 2015 by secretagentmole Quote Link to post
