What rifle you use BB? I have a wildcat T12 on my rifle 6.5x55, heavy but very good, strips down into 3 pieces for easy cleaning

Before you take it to an RFD to bin it, the importer, jacksons rifles will accept it as a trade in against a new one (or another of his range), last I heard you get 40% trade in

If you want to know what happens when a T8 fails, ask DanW....

Nothing to stop you making your own if you're confident enough to do it,

Most, if not the majority, of moderators are not sent for proof testing. My ASE has no proof marks. Can't remember if my T8 did.

Depending on what it says on your FAC, you could dispose of your old one today and complete your home made one tomorrow and still have been in possession of only one moderator.

As is on my fac or not do I need a one for one to get a new mod or not

Take it to a RFD, get a destruction notice , then just replace it like for like within 7 days for free

Help me out here, I'm not familiar with this process, how does that work for an item listed on his FAC?

Wildcat P8.

Walshie. How would you rate the Wildcat against the Ase Utra? I will be in the market for a new moddy soon.

I've never had an ASE. so couldn't directly compare those but the T8 and P8 are pretty similar in size and noise reduction (I.M.O) but the P8 is strippable for cleaning.
