My ASE has no proof marks. Can't remember if my T8 did. Depending on what it says on your FAC, you could dispose of your old one today and complete your home made one tomorrow and still have been in possession of only one moderator. Quote Link to post

I've never had an ASE. so couldn't directly compare those but the T8 and P8 are pretty similar in size and noise reduction (I.M.O) but the P8 is strippable for cleaning. Quote Link to post

Yokel Matt 918
A mate had a T8 with a couple of holes in it, gave you flash blindness at night when foxing! I happen to have a pre-loved Predator 8 for sale in .25cal, 1/2UNF. If you're interested drop me a PM. Quote Link to post

The Seeker 3,048
Wildcats are good mods as already said you. Can strip and clean them. I have two, one on my 6.5x55 and one on my .223. They are a bit drain pipe like but do an effective job. Quote Link to post
