Been havimg a plink with the double latex bands that came on it. Then switch to the double thera silver spare set. finding my catty holding hand/wrist cant take the strain and it hurts my wrist. 1Wally 204 Posted February 28, 2015 Report Share Posted February 28, 2015 If you really wanna strengthen your wrists just work them. Use weights that you would for grip and forearm strength. I've broken both my wrists and bones in my hands more than once riding motocross. I now have 16 pins and a plate all together across the two but I still get on alright.
