right Lads got my first flat band catty from bigoy19706 in post today. Been havimg a plink with the double latex bands that came on it. Then switch to the double thera silver spare set.

finding my catty holding hand/wrist cant take the strain and it hurts my wrist. So any suggestions on how to strengthen my wrist to avoid further sprains?

If you really wanna strengthen your wrists just work them. Use weights that you would for grip and forearm strength. I've broken both my wrists and bones in my hands more than once riding motocross. I now have 16 pins and a plate all together across the two but I still get on alright. Shooting the catty probably helps.
