That dog look's a absolute flying machine and he look's in cracking condition.. i hope to own a whippet one day for a bit of ratting and rabbit work..

No brandy, no bevvy at all!!! I was gonna go mental the other night as seen as it was my birthday and have a can of Shandy Bass.......

i know what your thinkin........ WILD aren't i!!!

 

Did you go out on the lamp last night Stoney?

I'm home tomorrow all things going well so i'll hopefully get out before the big dog goes next week.

 

Hello again Stevo

 

Went out last night, the wind had dropped to a low breeze but very overcast.

 

went into Cheshire and got a few runs he had two Bunny's on the run.

 

(after a couple of turns he moved straight in for the pick up)

 

Retrieving them to hand. he was slipped about 100 yards or so and he flue down the beam, turning the bunny in and out of its self, he was a joy to watch.

 

The second was a quick run ,up and down the hedge row around 60 yards this bunny was retrieved also.

 

His third bunny was a squatter and he trotted 25 yards down the beam pulling it clean out of its seat.

 

Very impressed with Rocco's progress every time we go out he is getting on to a new piece of the game.
