LOL, I don't care what he deserves. I'm just giving my opinion on how it'll go down. They've tried once already and he got away by the skin of his teeth. I can't see them risking a tier 1 spec ops team and all the associated hardware just to take one terrorist for the publicity of a trial. Unless he's holed up somewhere that makes an air strike unviable.

 

That's my objective opinion, not what I consider fair.
