Lab 10,979
Im just curious.......as the biggest club in the history of the world do you not find the jubilation and ecstatic celebrations at drawing at home to Inter a little bit embarrassing ?And I'm curious why you would think that's 'embarrassing' mate?Let's not forget they are still Inter Milan, competing in a pretty large European tournament. We are not playing that well, 2 down after 15 mins, 2-2 after 25, 3-2 after HT and an equaliser in the 93 minute. The game had everything. Would you walk home that night with your head down......I think not. You's arnt playing well??? No we are no....neither are they. What's yer point??
lukey 1,621
How often are you watching your team play? I'd say they are playing pretty decent football atm, dropping players who need dropped bringing in good young talent ect, what part of they way they are playing are you not keen on? Disregarding the last month I'd say there's too much chopping and changing which has led to unconvincing football. You know and I know that if you lot where still on your game our performances would not be classed as good enough. Maybe that's Delia trying to figure out his best side.....who knows. We are a few games away from either a decent season or a good season. If we do not go on to win the league it will go down as one of the worst in a long time.
WILF 47,975
3-3 against Inter Milan and it's some kind of let down........got to laugh. Every one of there goals a gift tae. Yip we are not playing the Inter of old but we are not the team we once were either. So nothing to fear over there....just give it a go and see what happens. Great game and great atmosphere. Ffs a while back Wilfs local pub side was going to beat us......lol Holy f**k, are you sure your not a yid in disguise? You have had a one off decent night against an under performing giant and all of a sudden you are a great team.......let have it right, when it comes to top flight leagues and the teams at the top of them, your shite.....absolute shite. But, just like yids, you do alright and all of a sudden you are a world power.......news flash, no your not !! It was a fairy tale night, enjoy it.......down here you would be 3rd devision at best, get over it

Reason for that is you know jack shit about Celtic........in fact tjatll be about the same as I know about how well your team is doing at the monent. Not a f***ing clue, nor f***ing interested. Anyway you better tell yer pub team to chuck in another nights training just incase you have to play us...hahahahahaha

For the simple reason that Celtic claim to be a massive club, worldwide brand and hugely succesful name in the sport.........i dont understand how getting a draw at home to a mid table team in the Italian league is cause for jubilant celebration.......i wouldnt have a clue what sort of season Celtic are having but if they are having a bad time and down the table then fair enough i can understand why you,d be happy to nick a draw in a game you was losing.....but hysterical celebrations surely not. Ok I can agree on the over the top celebrations.......I don't like that myself unless you've actuslly won the cup your in. I'm going to put that down to the fans support on the night....talk about a 12th man, certainly matched the teams desire on the park so maybe they decided to do a lap to thank them for there effort.
lukey 1,621
Lab not a dig here just thought that after all the hype from the inter game that PH would have been full yesterday, 16000 empty seats shocked me a bit, still a lot of fans not happy with RD?
Joe1888 672
the fans who had major doubts about rd are changing there minds now, see it on forums and facebook as for the celebrations, it was a thank you to the fans. instead of booing gordon for the mistakes, they showed him massive support durning the game mate if it was your team, you would be saying the same. your having a dig because its celtic. was a good night for scottish football, some young scots, and older doing well Edited February 23, 2015 by Joe1888

No desire to do so. I can't say much cause I stopped going so I'm just as bad.Shame really but it's the same with your club. As for Ronnie I'm still unconvinced. Still playing Ambrose when he's f***ing murder and still chopping and changing the side. Hope he proves me wrong.
MIK 4,763
we have to see it for what it is Celtic have a squad under £15 million and we were playing a team whos squad is worth over £260 million who are playing top Itailian teams week in week out and we are playing very poor sides each week ...we went down 2-0 very early in the match and got a 3 all draw so we are justified to be celebrating and credit where credits due . The thread was about atmosphere and there is no doubt that Parkhead on big european nights and old firm games there is nothing like it even in the world there is certainly nothing comes close in England . Celtic will never progress playing in the SPL as football is all about money these days hopefully Celtic can beat Inter at home as they are there for the taking but without there 12th man at home im not so sure. WILF if the hammers get their finger out of there arse and start climbing up the league and get a european spot and and manage to play one of the biggest sides in the world I will bet you £100 we will pump you Edited February 24, 2015 by MIK
WILF 47,975
Haha.....maybe we can get a CL place by default like you bunch Sunday league upstarts In all seriousness, that would be a tidy result for any team against Inter, and you do have a cracking atmosphere up there......but you have that in any case, money and English football don't come into it. Hopefully Rangers will be back up there soon enough and you will be a stronger team when they are IMHO.....did you club no favours Rangers going out of the devision mate. Lab 10,979
Well I can sometimes be our biggest critic but the Bhoys made me proud tonight. With effort like that I'm sure the empty seats at Paradise would soon fill up again. Milan were there for the taking and if it wasn't for a useless b*****d of a ref we might have had a chance of the last 16......never mind. Hail Hail
Joe1888 672
best team on the pitch untill we went a man down, even with 10 men the team dug deep and done well, couldnt ask for anymore.
