Neal 1,861
Lundhag forest. The problem with goretex boots is that when they let water in they take ages to dry and you know the liner is probably now past its best so you need a new pair of boots. With lundhags, when they let in water they dry overnight and you just put more leather dressing on and off you go! Edited February 21, 2015 by Neal Quote Link to post
foresterj 1,096
But are they in the lads budget Neal ? Lol Quote Link to post

Neal 1,861
There's a shop in Manchester which is currently selling the forest for 25% off. Quote Link to post
cragman 2,769
Meindl Burma pros if you're after a good WALKING boot. Great support, gortex lined and definitely waterproof, quick lacing system, vibram sole, just keep them treated and you won't go wrong. Quote Link to post
v-max 2
Out of interest if money was no object which boot is the best money can buy? Think as mentioned the lundhags are the best you will get & will last 10 years & more. They take a bit of breaking in but once done dam there great. Quote Link to post
