HUNTING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

IN THE COTSWOLDS

Tailor made to cater for individual requirements

Our weekend breaks and holidays include;

· Ferreting

Working with purse nets, poke nets, long nets and bolting for dogs or shotgun.

· Shooting

Pigeon shooting ,walked up game (in season) or rabbit shooting.

· Rabbiting with the dog

Daytime rough cover working with terrier, spaniel or running dog, flushing rabbits for either dog or shotgun.

· Legal Terrier work

Underground work to fox (exempted hunting laws apply) on a game bird killing fox, either dug to or bolted into nets or shotgun.

· Lamping

With either shotgun, rifles or dog, the latter in the case of rabbits only.

· Fishing

Upon application advice given on venues & overnight stays in order that the angler can pick his/hers individual needs.

· Hawking

Either rabbits bolted by ferrets or lamping hawks at night. Falconers welcome to bring their own birds.

· Certificated working training for young dogs

Individual one to one courses introducing young dogs and novice trainers alike entering to quarry.

· Proven workers grading day & working certification

Working certification given to terriers a certification to replace an MFH or pest control operatives certification.

Weekend hunting, arriving Friday evening and leaving Sunday after Breakfast. Includes 2 evening meals and 2 nights accommodation.

This package offers a blend of daytime and/or night hunting or fishing depending on time of year and circumstances, together with excellent wild and mostly organic home country cooking and friendly hunting banter.

1 day hunting with evening meal and overnight accommodation with breakfast.

I was more saying about the price off the things Darbo found .. For £250 I'd want to a hell of a lot off bunnnys put in front off me

If your a bit flexible with your budget and you want to show him something a little different you could take him stateside theres a number of mountain lion guides take people out with the dogs to tree cats so they can be filmed and pics taken,all your taking is pics so dont pay a trophy fee for a wallhanger or tag fees for the kill.

Yeah mate theres outfitters like royaltineoutfitters.com who take photographers out to experience the dog work and get photos once a cat is treed,i have seen a few different outfitters who offer it you could also register on one of the dog sites in the states i am sure theres guys who would give you a day out on bears or cougar once they find out its to give a boy experience,even taking him out after raccoons would be a magical experience to a boy.
