You need to click "more reply options" bottom right of the screen, then "choose file" (and select the photo you want up to a certain size) "attach this file" then finally "add to post".

It will seem a lot clearer when you actually do it.

I'm not 100% certain, but you MIGHT need to make 5 approved posts before you have the option to post pictures - maybe not. give it a try.

Just my opinion. Then I am old so what do I know?

The weight throws the handling out. At sub 12 ranges high magnification is not needed.

The higher the magnification, any movement before shot is greater than with a lower magnification or the naked eye. Increases a risk of a miss. Or, wounding.

I said, before, elsewhere, whenever, optics for small calibre weapons need to be basic. Mildot ( perfected by the USMC in Vietnam ) is the ideal reticle as holdover / under is minimal at short ranges.

Well, I am in an old fart mood so I will add. Too much money is spent by young lads on glass. I have got one like that. Then he moans "the wind sheer is putting the aim off". Or other rhubarb boy excuses.

X 40 is adequate for any rifle out to 100 yards or so.

How many have honestly learned to shoot with irons first? How many still practice with irons?

Surprisingly PCP's are the most accurate things I have ever shot in fifty odd years. I have never paid over £100 for glass. I refuse to. Only me taking up CSR or some other long range and high calibre would have me considering anything in Zeiss league.

Knock one of these things on a fencepost and its ruined. For the price buy yourself several BSA, Hawke or Leapers so you have spares should the worst happen.

There might be a place in HT for this stuff, not out in the boonies and real world. Too delicate, too prissy and look nice.

Hey Villaman, hows that for an old fart rant?

I shoot mostly targets and a bit of hunting when invited ( anyone)

But the extra mag is there to zoom in on where I've shot
