I spend a lot of time their and we've rented it for over 30 years my dad has no interest in making money from it he's happy to pay the rent to enjoy peace and quiet . I'd be looking at money for all seasons, Christmas trees if your living on the land to protect them, Fire wood on a mass scale, store it, dry it, and sell it to the masses. Depending on where you are how about storage? i could reel off a thousand ideas to make money from so much land and the truth is, gods not making anymore so hold onto it! MoChara 1,632 Posted February 17, 2015 Report Share Posted February 17, 2015 Get yourself a herd number/business number and get some llivestock for meat/breeding sell free range duck hen eggs fresh veg..theres money to be made but may not be alot tho Rare breeds is another way to go if thats your thing, rather it be cattle pigs LAMAS (lol) or birds. i had thought about dexters at a time but that wasnt to make money more as a hobby.
