ZeusPolecat 185
Very tidy back fill. Don't think I've lost five in a day but an old buck gave us the slip on two occasions a week apart! Quote Link to post
Raymond 618
another good day had keep it up, more or less finished today. Just got a friend and the pup out on her own without the lurcher to get some experience on her own. Murphies law. Some lovely long runs that would have been ideal for the lurcher. Happy withwhat the pups doing. She is marking very well and every burrow she marked there was a rabbit or 2 at home. Roll on september for more ferreting.Pup should make a decent ferreting dog. Ill get her out mostly bushing from now till sep and bringher on that way also Quote Link to post
breeze 1,308
Good stuff again Gaz . . . Certainly catching a fair few of late On the pic's with the longnet along the fenceline, have you tried zig zagging the longnet in places to make separate pockets for them to get snagged in Rather than just in a straightish line ?? It works a treat that mate, stops them running the net line and back in. Atb Quote Link to post
