heard a lot about this Lucas dog over the years and just watched that clip a cracking hare no doubt but the dog never turned hare it was nt close enough to pressure it, the hare turned of her own accord and the dog followed IMHO

just noticed that at the bottom of the vid there 3min.19.sec..on big open ground like that no pressure at all .good hare you say sure arnt they all..but as someone was saying good dog kill them anywere.
