Iv ran deer all over the country, and down south there a lot easier to catch than up north. I've seen lads with dogs from down south not even get a bend in a good roe that we have in the north east, yet when we were down there end our dogs made the deer look stupid. Alway said the best dogs come from up north.

Exactly mate deer's up north have prob been run to death cause every house got a lurcher.but down south not many people own lurchers so deer are not used to being raced....

Thats naive,where deer reside there are lads that exercise them,North,South,East and West,even Wales,Ireland-North and South and Scotland,the more rural the location the easier Bambi resides,the more urban the more Bambi is pressured.Would it be easier to down a Bambi in Dartmoor or the Highlands,or an Industrial estate betwixt?.
