harrycatcat 31
I know there will be a thousand of these paella recepes on google but I would prefer to use one that someone could recommend or uses. I went to Worksop the other day and there were these foregn stalls and one of them had a pan about 4ft in diameter and it looked tip top and I thought I could eat a bit of that but my own if you know what I mean, never know where these foregners have had their fingers. So best recipies please.
Guest bigredbusa
paella is my fav recipe , tried many but have to say valencia is the best by far , try and use fresh seafood and not that frozen bagged junk , also if your going to put fish in it try and use a firm fish ie monkfish. you will see chiefs use bundles of saffron, for the normal household is way to expensive so i use a pinch of saffron and a pinch of paprika. i did see floyd using rabbit quaters once ( no seafood) and chritzo, ham etc.. best recipe to follow is on the back of sainsburys own paella rice . good luck
