chisler 90
2 months ago I started my Bryn (collie/grey, 6 months know) jump training, in my workshop where we both are everyday I temporary barricaded it in half using a scaff plank 1ft off the ground, as he stepped over it I used the command 'over', with repetition jumping over it to command no probs , over time I have increased the height to 2 ft at present, this morning whilst on his walk round my local farm fields I came across a sheep hurdle 3'6" blocking the way, I hoped over and called him, no way just looked at me, so started walking away and yes over like a gooden with height to spare. it seems everyday his confidence is growing, really worth the effort, well pleased. planete 120
Well done. I am sure you know enough not to overdo it with a young one. I love the Green Man avatar, I bought a small book about various Green Man representations in the UK a few years ago.

chisler 90
I agree Planete, will not overdo it ,his bones are still green and growing, I usually do about 3 ten minute training sessions a day finishing off with a few jumps over the scaff plank. Thanks for all the comments, Chisler
