Made a squirrel and pheasant stew in a slow cooker a few weeks back and they taste ok, but the last ones i let go to the game deeler as i couldn't be bothered with the effort of peeling them as there hard work to do.. :laugh: ..

Very true what villaman says and the last lot i had had been eating pheasant corn and were a little fatty and greasy,autumn deffo best time for them.. :thumbs:
