Best Ground Pre Ban

You cant talk about one without other. You wont see a good hare run at its best without a good dog running it. Regardless of terrain

Don't agree with that. A fair bit of land in some of the areas I've been going to has changed over the years. One area in particular, many years ago was firm under foot for hare, dog and man, now the last maybe 7 or 8 years it's very wet and boggy. Plenty of areas where the land's geology can and does change

the question was, what is the best type of land to see a pre ban hare run to its best , land that favours the hare not the dog and with fair law not having the dog hanging out the back of the hares arse

YOUR DOG IF BETWEEN35/75 IBS IS 4/5 TIMES HEAVIER THAN A HARE WHO WILL SKIP ALONG THE SURFACE WHILE YOUR DOGS CONSTANTLY DIGGING A WHOLE.
