BIGLURKS 874
There is a way to modify your pick ups the back boot is only held on bye 4 bolts and the wiring just take it off and build a flatbed for the back off it higher then the wheel arches or buy a flatbed for it why they don't come with flat beds as normal with removable side panels and back doors or there was a system I seen once it was h beam gurders just abit wider then the wheels raised higher then the wheel arches on one side sloping too the back bolted too the floor with a removable load ramps and then straped down the quad
Squirrel_Basher 17,100
We used to put a big bear in the back of a long wheel base hilux using two yoeman boards that went in under the quad .Short wheel bases need the tailgate down and quad strapping in .Up over the wheel arches and your in . JR HARTLEY 5
Just a question does anyone transport there quads in a pickup with ramps rather than use a trailer ? If so how do you find the setup? used a hi lux for this and used a l200 for same job cut a long ally ladder in half and just long enough to shut tailgate so as they can go under bike rode up them works a treat get a piece of metal welded to pick up back just enough for ladder ring to slot in ideal lorry strap across seat
