Only what I heard at the time Les. Just looking into it a bit further now and apparently Aluminium toxicity is believed to be linked with Alzheimers and Parkinsons worldwide.

Theres lead workers on the roofs still working bare handed, I wouldnt..

 

 

I think it was on How its made, I heard it. They were specifically referring to freshly cut ingot/round bar. The narrator definitely said the fresh cut edges were poisonous to the touch until it had oxidized..

I wouldnt worry about it Bob, the amount of crap in the air nowadays far out weighs a bit of ally in the hand. :laugh:

Heard that about Alzheimers years ago Bob, I always use a extractor welding it but you can only do so much to help yourself. Atb mate.
