NELS0N 457
Only what I heard at the time Les. Just looking into it a bit further now and apparently Aluminium toxicity is believed to be linked with Alzheimers and Parkinsons worldwide. Theres lead workers on the roofs still working bare handed, I wouldnt.. I think it was on How its made, I heard it. They were specifically referring to freshly cut ingot/round bar. The narrator definitely said the fresh cut edges were poisonous to the touch until it had oxidized.. I wouldnt worry about it Bob, the amount of crap in the air nowadays far out weighs a bit of ally in the hand. Quote Link to post

fluff 409
once you get handy at making nets the old gage is hardly needed, i use to use a gage on every end mesh and the rest free hand but recently al freehand find it easier Quote Link to post
smithie 2,443
I would not knowingly buy a net not made with out a gauge. I like to chose the net for the size of the mesh and I like consistency its nailed on I would fall out with the net. Edited February 17, 2015 by smithie 2 Quote Link to post
