It needs doing while their a few days old, surely any older and it's an operation under anaesthetic?

exactly and only vets they can find willing to do it, wont before 12 weeks and for a hefty price

i got a dog done last year cost me £120

I got quoted £20 a leg and the price of the anaesthetic which I think was 50 or 60 quid for my old dog. The anaesthetic is priced on the size of the animal too so a smaller dog should be cheaper.
