Nothing for the ultra's in normal conditions...knock double marathons out in training for a laff..Mittleman knocked four out at 5min miles thru (cont...)...then repeated the pace and distance for the following 9 days Quote Link to post Share on other sites

One of me oppo's is hilarious, i got him off his feet for the day the other yr and run him thru an outrageous miler on a bike, in 80's deg's, i dropped 12lb on the day...it was his first time since a kid on a bike, he was lockt onto me backwheel for the duration., i had an early night. Spoke to his Mrs independant of him 2 days later and she told me he had got her out on his bike in the woods and he simply run after her ...for an hr (she can ride)..after he'd returned from seeing me. -26.. ...that tackle will be looking for every cold and flu and wart in your bodies history...different barra...well done the paddy man.
