Springer89 5
Hi ive aquired this rifle absolute beaut it's the hatsan mod125 sniper but is in a 135 stock which looks fantastic lovely feel and perfect for me however my main reason for getting this was that it also came with 125 sniper synthetic stock but it's a little dull any so my two questions are how can I get stock to look less dull and second question as for the 125 sniper in a 135 stock would this cause any issues it fits snug and only has about a mm gap in left side it is the sister stock of the 125 Quote Link to post
secretagentmole 1,701
What is the stock made of? Synthetic or Walnut? Quote Link to post
Springer89 5
The 135 is wood which its currently in the 125 is synthetic Quote Link to post
Springer89 5
I think the question I ask is can rifles like mine be put in other stocks that are same build but a fraction different who'll it damage rifle the 135 is the sister of 125 and it is the piston area that's the slightly larger bit on 135 everything else's is same ive compared both they look the same apart from mm difference on chamber Quote Link to post
Chid 6,679
The only difference in the 2 models is the stock .. Quote Link to post
Springer89 5
Ok I know the piston chamber is 1mm thicker on 135 so if I was using the 135 stock on a 125 will it damage the rifle Quote Link to post
bugg 84
I would assume a mm gap in the stock may cause you problems, the rifle will probably be able to jump around in it or slacken the stock bolts. Have you shot it like it is? How was the accuracy if you have? I may be wrong but if its not right I dont think itl work properly 1 Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
I'm no expert on Hatsan airguns, but I was under the impression the only difference in the 125/135 was the stock, so both should fit! If there is a gap one side try and adjust it evenly. 1 Quote Link to post

bigmac 97kt 13,823
Looking at the photos it looks like one side has been tightened more than the other have you try,d tuning the bolts the same on each side IE. tune one two or three times then the other the same so on and so on, so they are even this may help centralize the action you may have done this all ready im not taking the mick bud but even iv done this in a hurry to get the rifle back together lol if it dose not work do as mole has say,d shim it so it will not move and keep an eye on the bolts to see if they have worked loose or put some lock tight on them ether way i hope you get it sorted and most of all have fun with it and stay safe atvbmac  Quote Link to post
Springer89 5
Thanks BigMac 97kt the piston area on the 125 stock measures 1mm less than the 135 I've evenly tightened the screws but the rifle is solid in the stock no rattles there is just the slight gap in piston are but everywhere else is perfect fit apparently the 135 is sister version of 125 1 Quote Link to post
