Donna Wildwood 288
right fellas, I neede some advice..... I'm moving from me truck soon into a static caravan. I will be moving my fish with me into their shiny new tank..... 720 liters! So 720 kilos of weight to support. i am thinking of jacking up the 'van to build a pad of blocks underneath a bit bigger than the footprint of the tank. right up to the floor with summat ontop to prevent damp creeping up. Then I will build similar inside the 'van out of solid timber, to put the tank directly on. The van is sited on a thick concrete pad so I am thinking that so long as my internal and external support pads line up, the weight should be distributed through them into the concrete below? Watcha think? Any other Ideas? Many thanks Donna
