This is my first real catapult I have made. I did make some multiplex ones for my 4 boys for Christmas and they have been good trainers for all of us. I made this one for me it is banded with 1" straight cut TBG. It is launching .44 cal lead and .38 caliber slugs weighing 158 grains real well.... I hope to have some hunting pics soon to follow up this post...... I have another fork drying now that will follow this one when it is done. I am going to set it up for 9.5 mm steel.

Thanks for looking

Thank you all for the nice words....

338 yes we do need the snow out there. I have not even bothered going out this year. My buddy across the pond to the west of us has been doing real well on coyotes this year. He said not many Jacks BUT there seems to be more cottontails this year. We only have a couple of weeks left to go after them.....Tell me more about that lurcher of yours. Is he good with small dogs? My 2 JRTs are pretty good flushing dogs on Jacks and decent on squirrels......Have you ever ran your dog up by the Woman's hotel on the hill. I have seen a few rabbits up there.
