Had a doe with 5 marble sized babys inside her today. Im not worried though theres usualy baby rabbits above ground by now in my area. Ill push on regardless of young this season.

yeah Im dreading the end.Im haveing a lovely season.Loveing it.

I know it only seems like 5 minutes ago I was praying for September now the end is in sight.

 

On the bright side they want year round rabbit control on some of my land so Ill do a bit of shooting with the air rifle and maybe see if I can get the hang of snaring and fenn traps.

It will be the breading season with the birds for me soon. I collect alot of weeds and wild food for the birds.Good excuse to get the dogs out doing a little light bushing. This should help me pass the time till september.
