DogFox123 1,379
Just 'cos you haven't seen it, doesn't mean it hasn't been done. Cheers, D. Even if a dog was so lucky as to knock one over no way in hell would it keep it down. I'll say it again one lurcher ain't pulling down a Red Stag and keeping it down. Quote Link to post

DogFox123 1,379
beleve it or not your choice i only ever did one stag and wasn't a rate massive lump you are talking about it was big yes about the size of a hind all the others i did was hinds so it can be done its just very hard work on the dog anyway thats me done i know where its going to lead for that reason i am ooot lol So it was a juvenile?? We've had a young stag and plenty of hinds, the last big stag we ran the dogs didn't stand a chance and this was more than one strong bull x. Quote Link to post

rodp 316
Sound mate It way well have been, but why would that make you almost want do deny your roots? Makes me almost embarrassed to be associated with it makes the whole area a laughing stock I think. Why couldn't they use ideas from a forge, rolling mill, blacksmiths shop etc. The main thing on the flag is a chain that looks like a cheap Christmas decoration and a glass cone ??? We had thousands of steelworks, pits all over the place, opencast at every street, nail makers shops behind every house and just a very few of cones. But no, the "arty" type get involved and the other main item on the flag has to be a cone !!! There must have been a few thousand forges for every cone but no, the glass cone is "trendy and arty". Could be something to do with the cone in Amblecote being a charity of course, bit of free advertising I suppose it wouldn't do the directors pockets any harm 1 Quote Link to post

I don't think it's an impossible task but it would a very challenging one to say the least, winston! Well listen to someone who's actually seen then run and by numerous dogs that were pulling Fallow regularly. It ain't happening, and if by the off chance a dog tripped one it would be soon back on its feet in no time. A Stag makes a lurcher look like a Jack Russell when it's running at the side of it. A mate of mine has had a few grown Stags but we are talking 4,5,6 dogs on one. Quote Link to post
hare_n_hounds 157
What ever floats yA boat mate. I couldn't really give a f*ck to be honest wether one dog or 50 dogs took one. But I'm not the type to bitch about it! Maybe it has maybe it hasn't, who gives a fuc* 2 Quote Link to post

DogFox123 1,379
I don't give a f**k either, if people want to believe stories then each to their own. They are only fooling themselves tbh, just hope nobody is foolish enough to read the stories and do something daft and lose a good dog. 1 Quote Link to post
