had a visit from Jim earlier, he was looking for somewhere to buy cheese :laugh: sent him the local farm shop, he could be anywhere in the country now, so keep your eyes peeled for a mad Scotsman driving up and down the same road :laugh:

He'll be home by Thursday or Friday

Last years winner (this years runner up) handing the trophy to a worthy winner

Thanks to everyone for making us newbies feel so welcome! We had a cracking weekend and bless you all for making little'un feel so at home.

I can't believe more people don't attend this, you don't even have to be any good at drowning maggots!!

Really Good venue, great group of guys and a hell of a Craic going on with a fair amount of booze mixed in. What more could you ask for!!

Well done oz for sorting a cracking weekend. Definitely be up for next year.

And a great big thank you for Jim for bringing my pup with him and nipping out at night to get some rabbits for the pups. He's settled in with tess and is now fast asleep with a gut full of meat.

Cheers again everyone.

Must admit i was a bit unsure about going on this weekend but i cant recommend it enough. what a cracking set of blokes. I would like to thank Kev for everything, arch for organising such a good weekend. It was a pleasure meeting everybody there and as for jim, what a guy. Announcing ten minutes of the match left rowing a canoe around the pond with a broken spade.

Not a lot to say that hasn't been said all ready.

Gotta give arch the nod for putting the weekend on, lot of thought and planning went in and it showed through, thanks arch.

The real beauty of this is the fact that everybody plays a part, makes it so much easier.

The craic is spot on, food top draw, no shortage of ales, what's not to like?

Hats off to everyone.

Looking forward to next year, gonna need a week for Cornwall!! Lol
