Whats the tactics then Arch after your recce the other week. ..... Size 20 hook, 1lb hooklength and one of them little piddly floats you can't see is it? I didn't manage to fish Gils coz there was a match on, fished Trotters instead. Fished Method on there and caught a few water pigs. Walked around Gils and chatted to one or two guys. Standard commercial fishing, but mainly pole fishing. Across with pellets, down the edge with corn/meat or a method if you like.
