Tiercel 6,986
No just not right sporting running 2 dogs on a bunny in snow Shooting lamped pheasants with a catapult is not exactly sporting either, but that does not seem to worry you. TC 2 Quote Link to post
flynndog 543
Lamped pheasants ??? I shoot them within the first hour using moonlight no lamps or torches and in most of my pics they are actually shot in daylight on permission and picture taken when I'm home you helmet Quote Link to post

fluff 409
shooting pheasants out of trees is good fun and a easy dinner but sometimes the old cock high up on a branch hes to clever to get taken flies off or hides his self to well, not a lover of snow , its nice going out but up on the hils its bitter and alot of holes are coverd can be a tiol some days ,prefer just normal conditions , as boys we had some fun chaseing hares on snow with terrier mongrel and running dogs were easy to spot ,great days Quote Link to post
MikeTheDog 153
A well captured picture . Nothing wrong in running rabbits in the snow imo and with as many dogs as you like. Quote Link to post
fluff 409
not for me mike to many running dogs ,unless my old bitch , she is bomb proof but my young dogs i select what dogs i take , none radge or two exited , makes the pups get a bit mad to,two is enough for any day Quote Link to post
