I got lightroom 5.7.1

And photoshop cs6 Crap on both prefer lightroom tho have you just bought it?

I'm ok on basics on lightroom but watching loads of YouTube video still finding it confusing but I get confused crossing roads

Is it look left or right 1st?

I use lightroom 4 and cs6. Lightroom would be best for you in my opinion because it is what you would use for adjusting exposure, colours, white balance etc and is also great for b&w conversions.

Photoshop is a huge tool and while it is brilliant it isa lot more complicated to use.

Just my opinion no doubt someone will be along to tell me I'm wrong :)

youtube is full of PS tutorials PHLEARN are good, theres hundreds of ways of doing the same things in PS, i once spent an hour watching a tutorial on how to do something, then the next night watched another that showed you how to do the same in 5 minutes  you really do need to understand about layers and layermasks before you can begin to get to grips with it.
