the Fawn dog is rising 5 years old in may, he stands just over 26" he has pace +wind, can run clever, all on EDIBLE, the black bitch is 22"and half,

WestmeadeHawk, is her grandsire, Her sire first x saluki whippet is down in Nottingham, doing his job on field or fen, I have no Intentions of breeding from them as I am 70 (((( its a young mans game) to bring on a pup of this breed, needs a lot of work, and when you have these types fit they let you know when its time to go out,

 

I mentioned about mating those two last year, just to see the reaction, (((( its hard to find good homes for pups, proper homes were the lads are going to look after the pup rear them properly, enter them, this breed does not change hands too well, you have to be dedicated to the job,for them to become part of your Family, and you will reap the rewards over and over again, thanks Lads enjoy your night,

how many of youse huntin men girls actauly train your dogs to hunt jump kill and carry back to hand alot on here talk about catching but not much on training entering, fetching jumping , wouldnt mind hereing methods of some of the other members on the hunt jump kill and carry that was the old advertisment in the exchange in mart h j kc

Id expect a lurcher to have the instinct to HJKC.Its then a case of tuning the dogs instinctive nature and putting the time and effort in,until the dog becomes adept at each discipline,which they seldom do without the owners encouragement and effort.If its not in the breeding its a job for a more determined tutor.

didnt fluff breed the fawn dog b/l and he does look a handy sort and fair play at 70 to still keep dogs in that nick every credit to you

HJCK mentioned in adverts in the good old days . not a term i would ever use now for obvious reasons. same as RHFD .
