1Wally 204
To be honest mate if you aren't altering the shape then the Dremel won't save you much time. They still need to be sanded by hand. Ill be finishing these three alder forks when i get time at the weekend. I have a load of oak forks too drying out at minute. LurcherLad94 2,582
looking good mate, the groves at the top that the bands tie into do you do them all the way around the fork? pain to get to get the same all the way around and if i slip with the knife and take a chip out makes them look shit
1Wally 204
You don't need to go all the way round mate I generally put a shallow groove front and back so it can be banded either way round if its gonna have heavy hunting bands on. If its for plinking or a tiny BB shooter you don't even need to put in grooves. Unless they are there to look good. Edited January 14, 2015 by 1Wally
