How Do I Check The Lb S On My Pcp Air Rifle

Recommended Posts

Hey Mate, you can get an app on your phone called chrono connect, Have fun

Phone apps are not to be relied on. you also need to hit a solid backstop in order to generate the second impact sound. You must be at the precise distance from the target. A Combro is much better!

Totally agree Mole.

had that chrono connect app on me phone when i first started tinkering while waiting for enough pennies to get a combro.

App showed 11.4 just about every time so happy!! (set up triangled gun /target /phone with exact measuring) then got me combro !! flux me 9.8!!

Had combro checked just to be sure and put app on 3 other phones all set up exactly and all 3 were showing diff amounts lol

Combro was spot on with a skan/ chrony

easliy could have read lower and i could have adjusted over!!

No point having a crono in your car boot! If your out in the field and check and find its over 12 ftlbs, unless you have the tools for a strip down and adjust you are in possession of a section 1 firearm. It don't matter if you put it away in your boot all safely lock away, its still a section 1 without a FAC!!

The question asked about checking in the "field"

What is the best way to regularly check the lb age of my air rifle.
With out spending a fortune.is there some thing pocket size or
May be leave it in the boot of the car.just to be on the safe side
While out in the field
Cheers

David the point is to check before you go out and do all the adjustments at home!
