gamerooster 1,179
Sounds the part, but simply saying 'comes with a trial'..... there's many good con men about Quote Link to post
noddy10 411
£300 for a beddy/whippet....good buy?? Quote Link to post
hare_n_hounds 157
That there are ! But obviously , well you'd think, if your parting with 300 you'd see it work before money changes hands. But if it is genuine its a good buy for someone Quote Link to post
hare_n_hounds 157
Yea if it's doing what it says! Quote Link to post
gamerooster 1,179
With some lads getting 3 quid a rabbit, could pay for itself in a couple of nights 1 Quote Link to post
hare_n_hounds 157
And a pup would probably set you back around 150, then there's the jabs, wormers, flea treatment, food. Then there's the time you have to put into them to get them going right, so personally I think it's not bad priced if it does what it says. Just what I think though. Dewclaw69 484
trial offered yet not many rabbits around ?? may be genuine and i'd have a bed x whippet in a heartbeat but not a 15 month old dog at that price Quote Link to post
blackmaggie 3,377
yet to see a bed whip i would pay that money for not saying it not worth it for someone but in my eyes there limited to what they can do 1 Quote Link to post
Dewclaw69 484
the advertiser must have been looking at too many "good with all small furry animal" and "excellent show dog" adverts. i'd rather buy a rottiewawwa than spend 300 hard earned on a rabbit dog Quote Link to post
gamerooster 1,179
If the dog is capable of killing big numbers on the lamp, then 300 is a good price, I payed 500 for a 15 month old dog that had done next to nothing, he payed that back within a fortnight Quote Link to post
Flacko 1,755
£300 not that much if dog is right and no serious faults cost a lot more to rear than that but you pays yer money and takes yer chance ? Quote Link to post
No1DogMan 50
the advertiser must have been looking at too many "good with all small furry animal" and "excellent show dog" adverts. i'd rather buy a rottiewawwa than spend 300 hard earned on a rabbit dog As said. A good rabbit dug will earn you that in a couple of nights given the chance. Plus cover your diesel. Just because you don't want a good rabbit dog it doesn't mean someone else doesn't and 300 sheets is nothing. I've spent more on a night out. Quote Link to post
spiderfly 111
14 month old couldn't have been proven yet and if he doesn't have many rabbits in the area so that means it has very little caught in the first place. It's abit weird that he decided to sell a dog at this young age and coming to the end of the season, would bet it's a yapper but look I could be wrong but only one way to find out! Quote Link to post
nothernlite 18,099
He selling because there's not enough rabbits about him and his work but will sell her to a pet home doesn't make sense nice we bitch all the same Quote Link to post
