Wales1234 5,546
My little beagle spaniel when I'm bushing with the lurchers he will stay tight and work close in which is really handy but when I'm out on the hill he will go for miles with my lurchers !! Anyone else seem to know the difference ? Quote Link to post

No1DogMan 50
No thanks mate il keep him !! Just think it's mad he knows the difference in what im doing ! I think they do know the difference and learn to read situations. My dugs know the difference between a quick walk alongst canal paths where they walk to heel and a proper mooch out where they go off and hunt about. When we go ferreting they know to mark and stay near the sets but when out on a big walk without ferrets they don't bother with rabbit sets. 1 Quote Link to post
