celticrusader 78
Very nice! ,yes it depends on the land layout and circumstances, many a time there a hindrance lugging around and many a time they are the tool that's needed but left behind. Quote Link to post
Coypu Hunter 486
I have some light, telescopic sticks -- just two legs, joined by a bolt a foot down from the top, and with a nylon strap across the top to stop them spreading too far. They're very light, and have those Nordic walking stick rubber ferrules on the bottom (covering up ground spikes), so can be used to walk with. I've used them standing (I'm 6'4" tall) and sitting, you just twist the legs to extend or shorten them, and can push them open with one hand. A very useful tool. 1 Quote Link to post
Matthew Phillips 36
Don't wish to go off topic but you say you already have a bipod, why not just go for a longer bipod? I use a Harris 25" bipod. Like this one here: http://www.harrisbipods.com/HB25S.html Kneeling shots are fine then. Quote Link to post

And me? With my knees? Besides, I'm still waiting for the sticks Moxy promised me to arrive. FFS Moxy. Did you post them 3rd class mail? Quote Link to post
