WILF 47,493 Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 I used to love WSM, remember Magnus ? He was a big lad but he was athletic with it......he could get about. There were lads much bigger than him but they seemed to struggle as they were bordering on fat IMHO Magnus was almost what you would call wiry compared to lots of them and in my opinion wiry lads always seem to have a good balance of strength and mobility. I am sure like most sport, a good 50% will be the competitors mental will to win That's obviously just my uneducated opinion as I have never done any type of strength type training in my life.
