heritage 202
One of the advantages of bodygrip traps is there versatility,... You can use all manor of commercially available stands or stabilisers such as the killer clips or coni mounts but in the long run your just as well making your own... There are dozens of different style and all of them can be made from what's lying round in the shed. A simple search through the older post would show lots of different varieties . The most common one I use is a kill clip that has had its spikes removed, I simply weld a bar to the underside allowing it to be pushed into the ground. Atb..... Quote Link to post
swarmcatcher 15
I saw someone using a bit of stiff but flexible tubing (about 25mm diameter) screwed to a bit of wood - seemed to do a good job . Depends how you want to set it though I guess. Quote Link to post
J Darcy 5,871
I often use a piece of wood cut to the correct size. Not rocket science.. Quote Link to post
