Clarify ?

Hi,

I know Rats and Rabbits are exempt using dogs in England ! What about in Scotland ?

I also know that Rabbits, and Rats are not included on the list, under Wildlife and Countryside Act. But it does not state wether you can use dogs.

I would just like a clear answer from someone, if they can.

Ive been trying to get an answer for ages.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Rabbits and rats. But you can use a terrier to ground to fox on a game bird shoot.

You can use 2 Terrier in Scotland, on any land, not just on Game bird land.

You can use a terrier on any land in England & Wales for the protection of game/wild birds being preserved to be shot with the land owners written permission.
