lurcherchavvy 3 Posted October 30, 2007 Report Share Posted October 30, 2007 hello all, spoke about this the other day there is something wrong with my lightforce blitz and it keeps blowing fuses i want to connect the lamp straight to the deben battery but as i am as thick as f**k would someone please give me the idiots guide how to do it and tell me what parts i need Also the battery has a fuse and it has not blown so tell me if i need to cut that out or keep it, at the moment its all been connected by the ciggarette lighter and some other sort of connection that connects to the charger. spudlington 3 Posted November 1, 2007 Report Share Posted November 1, 2007 Hi mate, i'm no sparky (electrics and water don't mix) but the lightforce lamps have to be connected to the correct terminals on the battery or the lamp won't work. When you put the wire on the wrong terminal you blow the fuse. Got myself a lightforce striker recently and cut off the cigar plug attched two clips and connect straight to a battery, no fuses, nothing to come loose while you're out. Skip all the fuse sh#te and just connect it straight to battery. Quote Link to post
