fox digger 1,086
This link has been up before.http://www.torchythebatteryboy.com/p/18650-batteries-chargers.html?m=1Some useful info on 18650s. After reading this I ended up buying 'Torcheys' and a decent charger off ebay. Can only compare them with the free Ultrafires I'd got with Cree torches and the like. Seem to last a lot longer. Yep as you say mate decent cells and a decent charger off ebay, i got one off the guy stabba mentioned earlier, an xtar one or nitecore i4, 20 quid and it will have the batts at exactly 4.2volts on the button every time and keeps the batteries in tip top condition to get the maximum output from them. It can charge four batts together, a big difference in run times when using an indipendant lithium ion charger because it monitors each batt seperate and gives each the exact voltage and current needed to boost each batt. Highly reccomended with 18650's. 1 Quote Link to post

fox digger 1,086
No mate, you dont have to buy one, they are a great job tho. the lamp has a built in charging circuit in it but i use the indipendant charger. It does improve the run times from the batts. Quote Link to post
