meathumper 29
Something you may want to think about if you too have a new rifle. Ive been out in these cold conditions with my hw100 and noticed a power drop, the rifle is about 2 months old. So after doing some reading about all the grease thats clagged in these things and the change in viscosity with temperature change. I took it out with the chrono and fired it cold, then sat it infront of a blow heater for 10 minutes then fired it warm. The difference was about 2f lb. So I went and bought some degreaser from my local gun shop, today I degreased the action. Im now happy after doing the same tests that it now shoots consistently in all temperatures. 1 Quote Link to post
