Good Deed

Recommended Posts

Well last night the wife went to pickup the daughter after her shift in work from the town centre.

When she got there the daughter was slumped on the pavement she thought great shes peed again but turns out she had a staffy sat on her lap. It had been wandering around on its own and tagged on to me daughter. As the wife pulled up it ran across the road to her and nearly got flattened by police car.

They were great help and said leave it there or take it home. So in the end she took it to the town vet who kept it over night. Luckily it was chipped as it had no collar on. Returned to its owners this morning. Turns out a lady from the other side of the country was looking after her elderly mum for few days but left her with the dog while she popped out for an hour. She took the collar off and let it out the back door when it disappeared. She was over the moon to get it back and wont be leaving it with her mother again who in fairness is ninety odd

oh and the police are useless quite happy to let a dog run around and get run over or cause an accident

Council tax well spent :wallbash:
