A Nice Bit Of Slack

Rigged this up the other week .. about 7 yards in length..

4z inner mesh ,

the outer walls are 1mm braid by 2 mesh deep .

and locked to the staples ,,

The outer walls are set half slack unlike a fishing trammel , which the walls are rigged more open ..

Are you going to dye it mate ? Do you think that makes any difference ? A few times I've noticed they seem to see the net and run along side it rather than into it and your net being white stands out a bit just now

Personally I would dye it, though I have also seen rabbits run along both green and brown nets . The lad who now owns that net has a long net in Yellow and he has accounted for many rabbits with it , I would say if ones not got the luxury of a dog whilst using nets of any shade during day light then I would also say that the placement of a bright coloured net is of importance ?
