I have often thought the same about the Pakistani grooming gangs.They appear to find each other with such little effort, when the perpetrators are named they turn out to be friends,work collegues and even family members. TC Highly unlikely, more like some innocent victims and the odd journalist will meet with an "accident". There's not a chance in hell of any high ranking folk being brought to justice, it just will not happen.
