Wales1234 5,568
I don't think a saluki cross will do the same job sorry mate !! I wanted a collie x for where I hunt it's bloody hard going and very rarely I'm in a flat field or even a field for that case !! I wanted a collie x for personal reasons Iv seen a few and like the way they work on the sort of land I hunt couldn't find one for love no money and with my old bitch not having long left I need to bring in a youngester and as money Isnt a issue I paid my money 5 Quote Link to post

Gaz_1989 9,539
Not sure why there should be a debate. The lad has got what he wanted. £300 is f**k all for an investment in something which will continue to repay you for 10-12 year plus. Wether the parents work or not it is FACT that when in the right hands they DO make good working dogs. I'm yet to meet or speak to a GOOD dog man who's has a Hancock pup and it never made the grade. Maybe they keep quiet? But I can't see why they would. 2 Quote Link to post
