Matt 160
I'm not sure if that would be legal. Mink are classified as 'alien species' and even if it was legal to keep them in captivity (I'm pretty sure it isn't), 'releasing' one to hunt bunnies would be 100% illegal. Quote Link to post
davey869 1
You need a licence to keep mink which I have got and you also need a licence to keep grey squirrel aswell as its not a native spieces You can harness them like ferrets and have on a long retractable lead and they will swim and hunt fish It took me many years of research to be able to keep a mink and a bit of money for the right spec enclosure and there's alot more to mink than ferrets that most people don't know or understand. Matt 160
This might be a stupid question, but.......... Why?? What does a tame(ish) mink on a flexible lead do that a ferret wouldn't do? Quote Link to post

Hellride 1
Does the mink kill the quarry or does it bolt it and then you shoot or net it? Quote Link to post
