harv 5
Oh to be 17 again, like they say," to be old and wise you must first be young and stupid".Read the feckin post, he said ferrets living wild, secondly there are plenty of feral ferrets living wild in wales, and thirdly sometimes you do get certain litters of out crosses that do seem unwilling to become truly tame, no matter how well fed, handled etc. Well said mole trapper, thanks for that Quote Link to post
Tyla 3,179
People on here dont half enjoy handing out the abuse Guy asks a genuine question and gets told hes talking out of his arse, friendly that. We get a lot of feral/wild ferrets on the downs. Left there, i assume by people too lazy to dig, over the years. i have had mixed results from them, some tame up nicely and others never do. i wonder if its the lost ones that can be tamed and the feral born ones that are hard? No way of knowing really though Quote Link to post
Corky(amateur) 0
I agree with ya tyla, far to quick to judge people. sounds like sum of you lot sayin you don't get wild ferrets is the one's who are talkin rubbish. no offense but it seems kinda obvious that if something live's out in the wild long enough without human contact they're gonnna become less and less tame until it becomes wild? lol Quote Link to post
